The annual National Championships organized by the ITFM will be held from 17-19 December 2010 in Melaka this year.
The Perak state team athletes have been selected and are now training hard for it. State Coach Mr Sitt Soong Kooi is training the team tirelessly, with the hope of getting the Overall Champion State trophy this year.
Last year, it was a near miss and we almost got it. This year, we'll train extra hard for it!
